Crispy potatoes

Crispy potatoes are easy to make! This is delicious!

For this we need:

700 g potatoes.

30-50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

2 tablespoons corn starch or potato starch (optional)

1 teaspoon oregano.

1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.

3 teaspoon of salt.

1 teaspoon of minced garlic.

40 grams (two tablespoons) breadcrumbs.


Peel 3-4 potatoes (700 grams).

Cut potatoes into slices.

Place in a deep bowl and cover with hot water.

Add one tablespoon of salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Then drain the water and dry the potatoes with a paper towel.

It is better to add seasoning with a plastic bag.

Fold in the potatoes and add two tablespoons of olive oil.

Pour into a separate bowl: 30-50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, two tablespoons of corn or potato starch (optional),

half a tablespoon of oregano, one teaspoon of red pepper powder, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of minced garlic.

Mix and add to bag of potatoes.

Thoroughly mix the potatoes with seasonings in the bag.

Add 40 grams (two tablespoons) of breadcrumbs.

Gently mix the potatoes in the bag so that the seasoning does not crumble.

Then put the potatoes on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Crispy potatoes very tasty with garlic or cheese sauce!
