Сook lazy potato pies – very simple and delicious!
For this we need:
300 g potatoes
200 g warm potato broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 pc egg
500 g flour
Boil 2-3 potatoes (300 grams)
Drain the water separately into one deep bowl.
In a second deep bowl, mash the potatoes, then add a glass (200 ml) of warm potato broth from the first bowl.
Add one raw egg and stir.
Add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar.
Stir.
Add yeast (dry yeast 7 grams – one tablespoon)
Stir.
Add flour 500 gr.
Knead the dough.
Cover with cling film and a towel (you can use a lid) and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
Then divide the dough into 16 parts and make balls.
Fry in vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
