Potato schnitzel

Today we will cook potato schnitzel. Very tasty!

For this we need:

700 g potatoes.

250 grams canned tuna or any canned fish.

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or any cheese (optional).

4 tablespoons flour.

1 pc egg.

1 bunch green onions.

1 bunch dill.

1 piece cucumber.

1 teaspoon salt and some black pepper .

2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt.

100-150 ml vegetable oil.


3-5 potatoes (700 grams) and cut into large pieces.

You need to boil the potatoes. Drain water and place potatoes in a bowl.

Add one egg and half a teaspoon of salt.

Make mashed potatoes.

Add 250 grams of canned tuna or any canned fish of your choice.

Finely chop the green onion.

Add one tablespoon of pormesan or any cheese (optional) and spice up.

For example, add some black pepper.

And mix the potatoes.

Then add two tablespoons of flour.

Again, mix the potatoes thoroughly.

 

And fry:

Pour two tablespoons of flour into a separate bowl.

Lightly grease your hands with vegetable oil.

And make potato balls.

Roll potato balls in flour.

Heat up a skillet over medium heat.

Add some vegetable oil to the pan.

And fry on both sides.

 

Prepare sauce:

Grate one cucumber.

Finely chop the dill.

Mix in a bowl.

Add two tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt.

Pepper, salt to taste. Add a tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese (optional).

You can add a couple of cloves of garlic squeezed through a press (optional).
