Potato cutlet in breadcrumbs! Very tasty!

For this we need:

700 g potatoes.

75 grams of cheese.

1 bunch of parsley.

2 medium onions.

1 teaspoon salt and some black pepper .

50 grams of butter.

4 tablespoons flour.

2 pc egg.

100 grams breadcrumbs.

100-150 ml vegetable oil.


3-5 potatoes (700 grams) and cut into large pieces.

Boil potatoes. Drain the water.

Let the potatoes cool.

In the meantime, grate cheese 75 gr. We chop the parsley.

We take two medium onions, finely chop and fry a little in a frying pan in sunflower oil.

Grate boiled potatoes. Add parsley, a teaspoon of salt and black pepper to it.

In a pan with fried onions, add butter, grated cheese and over low heat melt butter and cheese.

Then mix everything.

Add four tablespoons of flour.

And again, mix everything thoroughly.

Lightly grease your hands with vegetable oil and make balls from the resulting mass.

Break two eggs into one bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Whisk a little.

Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.

And alternately dip the potato balls first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Then remove from skillet to paper towel to remove excess oil.
